Returns & Refunds Policy
We like to think of our finds as forever pieces—but just in case something goes sideways, here’s how we handle things:
VINTAGE ITEMS
Each vintage treasure is one-of-a-kind, just like your fabulous taste. Because of their unique, pre-loved nature, vintage items are final sale.
That said, we want you doing cartwheels when your package arrives. If something doesn’t feel quite right—even with a non-returnable item—don’t go quietly into the décor disappointment night. Drop us a line. We may not do returns, but we do do happy.
NEW ITEMS
For our fresh, never-been-loved pieces, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

In their original condition

Unused, unworn, and unwashed

Sent back in their original packaging (if possible)
To start a return, email us at [your email here] with your order number and the reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Return shipping is on you, unless it’s our bad (oops!).
Once we receive and inspect your item, you’ll get a heads-up. If all checks out, we’ll issue a refund or store credit—your call.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives looking like it tangoed with a delivery truck, that’s on us—not you.
Contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

A quick note about the damage

A few clear photos of the item and the packaging

Your order number
We’ll make it right—refund, replacement, or another fix that puts the sparkle back where it belongs.
Non-Returnable Items
Just to keep things crystal clear, we do not accept returns on the following:

Custom or personalized products

Gift cards

Items marked “Final Sale”
