We’re so excited for you to receive your latest find—we aim to get it out the door as swiftly (and stylishly) as possible.

Processing Time

Once your order hits our inbox, we lovingly prep and pack it within 2–4 business days. Some vintage pieces may need an extra fluff and polish, but we’ll keep you in the loop.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We currently ship via USPS and UPS for domestic orders. You’ll choose your speed at checkout—whether you’re in no rush or need it yesterday.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order total and destination.

We offer two simple options:

• Economy Shipping — $9.95 on orders under $150

• Free Economy Shipping — on all orders of $150 or more

Some oversized or fragile items may require special shipping. These pieces will be clearly marked in the product description and are not eligible for free shipping. We’ll contact you after checkout to coordinate delivery.

Delivery Times

Once shipped, your order will typically arrive in:

• 3–7 business days within the U.S.
  Rural or remote? Add a few days for extra adventure.

Shipping Area

We currently ship to the contiguous United States only. That means we’ve pressed pause on shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories—for now.

Tracking

The moment your item ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep. Go ahead and refresh—we’ve all been there.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked delivered, it’s officially out of our hands. We’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages—but let us know and we’ll absolutely help however we can. For extra peace of mind, request signature delivery before checkout.
