A wonderfully collected set of five antique French copper pot lids with forged iron handles and all the warmth, patina, and old-world character one hopes to find but rarely assembles.

Sold together as a complete collection, these graduated lids make an extraordinary decorative installation in a kitchen, pantry, scullery, breakfast room, or anywhere that could benefit from a little French persuasion.

Leave them beautifully aged or polish to your delight — either way, copper has a way of making everyone assume you know what you’re doing.

We especially love them hung as a grouped installation for that effortless Provençal country house feeling.

• Hand-forged style iron handles
• Warm aged copper with rich variation and authentic patina
• One lid bears a stamped “26” size marking near the handle (believed to indicate diameter rather than maker)

Condition:
Beautiful antique condition with wear, oxidation, darkening, surface variation, and irregularities consistent with age and use. These have not been polished to a mirror finish because we prefer our French copper with stories attached.
