DESCRIPTION

A beautiful vintage Wedgwood pale blue Jasperware pedestal tazza, decorated with crisp white grapevine relief.

The shallow dish is encircled with trailing white grape leaves and fruit against Wedgwood’s unmistakable matte blue ground, with coordinating raised relief continuing around the pedestal base. The low classical form gives it just enough height to add dimension to a tabletop without overwhelming a display.

At approximately six inches across, it is wonderfully versatile. Use it as a petite serving stand, display small objects or wrapped candies, layer it into a blue-and-white collection, or simply style it empty on a mantel, console or bookshelf.
